Suites on 4th is a spacious, relaxing, and luxurious 2-bedroom short-term condo. This 2-bedroom condo comes fully furnished with 2 full bathrooms, a private washer/dryer on-site, and 2 private parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped with dishware, flatware, cookware, and appliances. All utilities are included including Wi-Fi, and access to Roku, free Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, HBO, Amazon Prime & more! The living room is equipped with a 65" LED Smart TV along with a Sling TV Subscription and the master bedroom is equipped with a 55” Smart TV!
Our cleaning crew is trained in health & safety measures and follows the CDC cleaning guidelines. No carpet. No smoking!

April-12 2023We did a long term month+ stay for Mayo Clinic. They were super kind letting us extend stay as needed. They also let us tour it before hand which was very helpful. Overall plenty of space and a great place! Only 5 mins from Mayo. Definitely recommend!

Pet Policy- Dog(s) Only
Pets are welcome at all our properties on a limited basis. We welcome well-behaved dogs only! Sorry, no cats. Pets permitted in the rental home must be approved and arranged in advance. The addition of any other pet(s) is prohibited without prior approval. To bring your pet(s), guest(s) must agree to the following terms & rules:
1. Maximum of 1 dog.
2. Dogs(s) weighing less than 45 pounds are welcome.
Must be housebroken and not shed. (vacuum is available)
3. Pet Fee: - $150/1 dog (Non-refundable one-time pet fee).
4. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.
5. Guests are responsible for any damages to the house and its contents. The guest’s house will be inspected for such damages after check-out. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees.
6. Dog(s) may be left unattended in the house. However, if you leave the house with your dog(s) unattended in the house, we encourage you to keep your dog(s) crated or in a dog carrier while you’re away.
7. Dog(s) must always be on a controllable leash when outside the house. (not backyard)
8. Guests are responsible for picking up after their dog(s) around the house and outdoors (pet waste).
9. Noise/Disruptive Complaints – barking and noise that is disruptive to other neighbors not acceptable. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their dog(s).
10. Housekeeping Service (optional)– The dog(s) must be removed from the house prior to the scheduled housekeeping service or other arrangements must be made with the manager.
