Satharina TaherKhanchi, a Licensed MN Realtor and Property Manager at Amir Real Estate & Management Group have had a successful career in Real Estate and Property Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business degree at Saint Mary’s University. She serves on the Board of Directors for Rosa Parks Charter High School, serves as the Chair of the personnel committee, volunteers and mentors the youth in the community, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Southeastern Minnesota Association of Realtors.   In addition to Satharina’s Real Estate career, she takes great pride working in healthcare administration as an Operations Manager for a healthcare company located at the Rochester, MN Corporate office for the past 8 years. Satharina oversees and directs the job functions, coordinates, and oversees acquisitions of businesses, operations, systems, and workflow statewide.  Satharina’s enthusiasm, hard work, and dedication are pronounced. She realizes that each and every single client has individual and specific needs. Her knowledge of real estate, property management, hospitality management, operations, strategy, and process along with her attributes, allows her to stand out in the industry.  As a result of her professional and high quality of service and business background, her upbeat and humble personality, Satharina maintains a strong referral base. Amir has been in Rochester since 1976 and was raised in the local area. Growing up, he was always involved in extra-curricular activities through school and church. Amir graduated from Rochester JM High School and later graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS degree in Computer Science. Amir's current hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, and volunteering for a Homeless Shelter and organizations.  Professional   Amir is a licensed Broker/Realtor. Mr. TaherKhanchi specializes in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Rochester.
